email? Using an FTP server will provide you an opportunity
to transfer files between your computer and remote users.
For your convenience below are step-by-step instructions
of how to use our FTP services. |

| STEP 1: |
You will need a user name and password to access the
FTP server. To attain a user name and password please
contact us. |
| |

| STEP 2: |
Once you have obtained a user name and password, go
to the web browser and type in the following: ftp://e-aacpa.com
in the address bar. |

| STEP 3: |
Typing this address in your browser will bring
you to a blank screen. On the web browser menu bar
go to file. This will bring up a drop down menu, from
the menu choose login as. |

- This will bring up a box that will ask for a user
name and password. This is the user name and password
you obtained in step one.

| STEP 4: |
After typing in your user name and password the server
will bring up a screen that will contain a folder. This
folder will be named something that will be recognizable
to yourself and the firm. |

| STEP 5: |
Double-click on the folder. This will bring you to
another blank page. This page is for you to save and
download your FTP files. |

| STEP 6: |
There are several ways to save files to this page.
Those methods include: |

- Click on the file you wish to copy to the server
and simply drag it onto the page.
- Right click on the file you wish to save to the
server, right clicking will bring up a menu of items.
Choose “copy”. Then go to your FTP page and right
click anywhere on the page. From the menu choose
“paste”.
- Click once on the file you wish to save to the
server. Type at the same time Ctrl C (shortcut for
Copy), then go to the FTP page – click anywhere
on it and type Ctrl V (shortcut for Paste).

Using any of these methods will allow you to save
the files to the FTP server. Thus allowing remote users
to access this information. |

| STEP 7: |
To download or view files, simply double-click on
the file you wish to view and it will download so that
you can view it. |
